Thank you to all the team at T. Allen for everything that you did for us in the run up to Dads funeral and on the day. 

What was very a difficult time for both Mum and I was made that much easier, because you took away a lot of the stress that comes with the event and ensured everything was in place and ready for us. We both couldn’t be more appreciative of everything you done.

Being able to visit Dad before the day and at other times too, became a huge comfort for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful for it. 

I also wanted to say a huge thank you to the pallbearers and drivers on the day; I’m really sorry, I didn’t catch all their names, for everything and for allowing me the chance to help carry Dad to his final resting place. Also, for the incredible respect that they showed and help they gave. We couldn’t have asked for more.

T Allen were fabulous from the first phone call to them. It was Easter Sunday and they were courteous and very helpful. The funeral arrangements were made as easy as possible by Michelle she took us through it step by step of what was needed and what we could have. On the day it went smoothly the celebrant Debbie on the day was fantastic, everyone commented on what a lovely service it was. I would thoroughly recommend T Allen funeral services.

From our first contact with the Rochester branch, we dealt with both Michelle and Ashlie and they were both professional but friendly and warming. They put you at ease and nothing was a bother. They helped make what is a difficult, upsetting, stressful time and easier one to bear. The only thing that stopped me from giving an excellent score was the fact then when we went to see my dad in the chapel of rest my mum was upset that he had a plastic flower on top of his coffin, we felt that a single real rose would of been much more appropriate.
