Despite the whole process being painful, everyone at T. Allen made this a beautiful experience. From the very first meeting with Michelle, which I was very anxious about, it was beautiful. I even walked away smiling because of the lightness that the situation allowed at times. The planning was straight forward and well explained and every single step could not have been better. My mum would have been so happy with the attention and care that went into the service, and in the taking care of her, herself. I could not recommend a company if someone is dealing with something similar, and the people along the way were incredible. I have nothing but praise and thanks to give.

I would definitely recommend using the funeral guide and Terry Allen they are the most caring and supportive people

The service they delivered was absolutely fantastic, they cared about our needs, were caring about my mum and delivered a first class service. Funerals are never an easy thing to do but they made it as stress free as possible. My mum was treated with respect and care.

The staff at T Allen were wonderful from the moment we met them. They answered queries quickly, were always sympathetic and had time for us no matter when we called them. They helped us arrange a beautiful funeral and I cannot recommend them highly enough. x

Right from the start Michelle was there for us. She patiently answered all of my questions. When I needed to make a change she was very helpful. On the day of my Mum's funeral all of the staff were very polite, helpful and professional.

I returned to T Allen after I had used them for my Dad, then for my Mum.
They are excellent for listening and understanding what you want and not making a fuss if that isn't what you want.
When the funeral cortege arrived at the crematorium it was exactly what my Mum would have wanted which helped enormously for the rest of the day.

You all gave my father Spencer George Murray a beautiful service with care, compation ,respect,honour and wonderful guidance throughout.
I thank you all from the bottom of my heart also for all the compation and support you gave to me during the confusion ,tears and heart ache.
