All staff are respectful and courteous. They are a framily business that really understand Families individual needs. T Allen’s were amazing. Everything we asked for was no trouble at all. We asked for a flag as my father was an ex-serviceman, they arranged a full service complete with standard bearer.

They had a lovely one-to-one personal service. 

I would recommend them.

Especially on the day helping all six family members to carry Dad in to the crematorium Mark was in  contact with us through out. Once again thank you all so much for helping Dad on his journey. From my first enquiry I found the staff very attentive and helpful. Sophie took the time to listen with each phone call and was always kind and attentive.

The hearse and limousine were absolutely spotless. The staff were immaculately dressed and showed such integrity. I can not praise T Allen highly enough !

From planning the funeral right up until we were taken to the wake, all of the staff were incredibly professional yet personal. They made an extremely sad situation much easier than we could have imagined. They were all kind, friendly and down to earth. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt well cared for. I would definitely recommend T Allens. Liz and Mark deserve a mention as they were our main point of call. Both helped to give my dad the send off he wanted and deserved.

The team at Allen's were amazing throughout. They were friendly warm and caring from start to finish. The truley cares about making the whole process as pain free as possible and helped us every step to ensure we have Simon the perfect send off.

They helped make the most difficult time he as lovely as possible and truley took care of both Simon and I. I felt like we were both in caring and livi g hands.

Thank you to all at TAllen for making such a difficult time that little bit easier by providing such a wonderful service. From the first contact meeting Liz at TAllen Rainham she made us feel at ease and was incredibly kind, understanding and helpful she made the planning process easier clearer and supported us all the way. Most importantly she said we could visit Mum as often as we wanted whilst she was in the chapel of rest and when we did visit we weren’t rushed and had the time we felt we needed. The day of Mums funeral was made that little bit easier as everything was taken care of and we were kindly guided through the process. The gentlemen who took Mum and us to her service were incredibly considerate, polite and respectful. The level of respect Shown in Mums final journey was very moving and much appreciated. Sincere thanks to all for the wonderful service.
