I Have never had to deal with a Funeral araingement before, and T. Allen were very help full.
Members of my friends and famally commented how well the proceedings went 
I was kept informed and up to date all the time. As a Radio 4 listener and I listen to consumer programs, at 63 I have learned a thing or two and this was a very good service and below the bugget I was expecting.
Speaking to people post funeral I found the last four funerals I've attended were all done by T. Allen.

Very nice to deal with. They organised the cremation for my mum very efficiently in a short period of time. All the staff were very empathetic and kind.

Sarah was so kind and understanding. She made the whole ordeal less daunting. She kept in touch and never pushed us. Everything went so smoothly thanks to her and the team. The cars they offer are wonderful as are the staff. This is my second funeral with them but I have recommended and attended others by them. A big thank you to you all.

This is the third time I have used T Allen and once again they have been brilliant. Sarah in the Rainham branch is an absolute star nothing is too much trouble. All the staff on the day of the funeral did everything we asked for taking all the pressure off us. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to them for their service, making us have as stress free a day  as we could have,  under the circumstances.

Our experience with T. Allen from start to finish was exceptional. They looked after us with such care given the difficult circumstances, guiding us through the process with patience and meticulous detail. From the moment we first met with Sarah, we felt supported and guided through the arrangements in a gentle and sympathetic way. During the lead up they handled everything conscientiously and we felt comfortable every step of the way. On the day everything went so smoothly, led by Matt who was very compassionate. We couldn't have asked for better support than we received from the whole team.
