Just wanted to say that at such sad times, it always helps to have friendly and professional people to guide you through these things. So a big thanks to John Weir and particularly Sharon at the Rainham Branch for her compassionate help and to Kev for his help on the day. The day went really well. I would also like to mention that the Celebrant, Bridget, made the service and the day was really upbeat and it was a lovely celebration of my Dad's life. THANK YOU.

Sharon at John Weir has been fantastic . She answered my initial phone call and was so kind and calm . The whole way through John Weir was efficient , professional , sensitive and kind . What could have been an awkward funeral as it was 20 miles away was handles
with complete efficiency. We asked for a detour to pass my mothers house and of
course you obliged. We asked for you to ensure my son who is wheelchair bound
was immediately behind the funeral cars after church and he was.
Shane was in control and we did not have to worry about anything Thank you for
making an emotional day stress free.'

The reputation of John Weir is well known and respected in the Medway area. This is the first time I’ve used them and would have no hesitation in recommending John Weir for the final journey of your loved one. 

All the staff were diligent, thoughtful and dignified.  Nothing was too much trouble at a deeply emotional and personal time.  

In particular, Anna at the Rainham office went above and beyond.  On the day, the team, lead by Kevin were assuring and calming at a very emotional time. All the staff have been so caring and I’d like to pass on my thanks.
