John Weir provided an excellent service. Conversations leading up to the funeral with Anna Daltrey were provided with great empathy and warmth. The orders of service were well produced and of excellent quality. The service itself went very smoothly and everything was as it should be in these surreal times. It is very unfortunate that we are going through this awful pandemic and have missed out on a more personal experience
The staff have been exceptionally kind and compassionate throughout showing complete respect which,we are very thankful for.

Sharon of the Rainham office looked after us. I really needed some body to guide me through the process of my Dad's funeral. Even with the current COVID restrictions Sharon was always available by telephone. She was so helpful. On the day Kevin who directed proceedings was highly professional but at the the same time very caring and attentative. John Weir (Rainham) made a painful day just a little less painful.

Anna couldn't of been anymore helpful than she was. Anna kept in contact before and kindly checked on us after the funeral.

The funeral service went as arranged and everyone involved in the service were outstanding.

Second time to of used John Weir in Rainham in two years and there standards never drop.

We decided to go with JW after receiving poor service from another FD and JW team were simply amazing. We were assigned Kelly who looked after us so well. She arranged everything, was decisive, quick with coming back to us with dates and responses to our queries. On the day Shane and the team were amazing.They also worked so well with Rev Nathan Ward so the whole day was a huge success and we can not thank them enough . I would so recommend them for their professionalism and sensitivity to our family. Thank you all at JW

A truly great service from start to finish. All options for the funeral were explained clearly and carried out compassionately. Anna was always helpful, polite and considerate to my needs for my wifes funeral. The funeral employees on the day were again very professional and our instructions from them were clear and precise.
