The team at John Weir were simply amazing, particularly Sharon. Having never had to arrange a funeral before, we were advised and supported through the whole process in such a kind and caring way. The staff at the funeral John weirs were really nice lots of compassion nothing was too much trouble the service was totally outstanding the undertakers on the day of my dad’s funeral had total compassion

We found everyone very kind, caring, and approachable. From when Mum was taken from home through to the day of the funeral, nothing was too much trouble.

We were so impressed with how professional John Weir dealt with every aspect of our Dads funeral.  

Kevin arrived smartly dressed and was so professional both on the night that he collected our Dad when he passed and on the day of the funeral, giving us the time and space that we needed.

Sharon guided us through everything so that we knew all of our options, she also matched us to the perfect lady to take the service, Annie Love.

We really can not speak more highly of Annie, she was amazing and conducted the service exactly as we had wanted.  

All on all it was the perfect send off for a perfect man!

The service and commitment was first class my only comment is we were asked to wait at the main church door when the coffin arrived at the grave yard entrance which meant my mother had to stand for far too long for a woman of her years, but Iam sure this was an oversight and in no way the norm, and I hope a lesson has been learned, perhaps plan your route to the burial plot before the funeral so that the mourners aren't stood around twiderling there thumbs. Nevertheless I would recommend you.

The formalities before the day where made more comfortable & bearable by Sharon at the Rainham branch taking us through it step by step & offering advice as required about the services you offered & the crematorium, & what happens on the day & after. On the day everything went well & to schedule & the funeral conductor took us threw the opening committal proceedings. Thank you all for your support & care to me & my family

I could not have chosen a more caring, thoughtful and compassionate funeral director. Anna at John Wier is exceptional and kept me updated with all of the arrangements for the funeral as they were made. Nothing was too much trouble and on the day of the funeral, everything ran like clockwork. I cannot thank Anna and the staff at John Wier enough. You took the trauma out of an otherwise emotionally draining experience.

My family and I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at John weir who have been involved with looking after Roy. From the moment we called and asked you to come and collect Roy from our home you have all been nothing but polite and respectful. Special thanks to Anna for keeping in touch so often and keeping us all updated with what was going on and even for the follow up chats after the funeral to make sure I was ok, it's greatly appreciated. Another special thanks to all the boys on the day of the funeral for the safe delivery of us all and Roy and making sure it all ran smoothly. From the outset the staff at John Weir were supportive, respectful and offered assistance and advice were needed. On the day, the Conductor cannot be praised highly enough. The staff working with him were also exemplary. We cannot thank all of John Weir enough.

They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite, and helpful especially as I did not really know what was expected or what to do. Always available at the end of a phone, and updated via email all of the time. Nothing is too much trouble to ensure the day runs smoothly.
