Our family were supported right through the process by John Weir staff. This made it easier for us. Staff were dignified and informative. They gave us guidance and understood what we wanted. On the day of the funeral John Weir delivered the funeral exactly as planned. This made the whole occasion moving and people who attended commented on how good the funeral was.

John Weir Funeral Directors have been simply outstanding. Julia struck the tone just right to ensure that we were looked after incredibly well whilst meeting the required timelines. Shane and his colleagues delivered an excellent service to our family on the day of the funeral ensuring that my father was offered the grace and dignity that he deserved as he was laid to rest. Ben and Kelly took great care of my father whilst he was in his care in the lead up to his funeral. An amazing team who all pulled together and afforded us the right levels of empathy and understanding as we, as a family, aimed to strike the right balance of dignity and intimacy. We could not have done it without such a wonderful team at John Weir's. Thank you all so much.

We had wonderful caring service at the very difficult time of the death of our Mother. Our dad only set up a funeral plan with John Weir in April and was greeted by Julia who was fantastic you are lucky to have her as part of your team. Sadly dad passed away in August and again Julia was supportive to our family and carried out dad ever wish.
