Thank you so much to everyone involve with the funeral of my husband Stephen Lynch. Julia at Parkwood was wonderful helping us with everything & putting us in touch with Kathryn who done the service. The ladies at Rainham who looked after me when i went to see him. John who was brilliant with our grandchildren who walked with him, & the lovely gentleman who were at the service. Totally Perfect from start to finish.

My dad recently passed away. The staff at the Parkwood branch, were lovely. They explained the process every step of the way and gave us time to choose just what we wanted. They were sympathetic and professional throughout the whole process, from the first meeting, to the service,the cars and attendants and on completion. I cannot fault the service we received at such a difficult time and would like to say thank you to all the staff involved with our care.

Excellent service, was kept informed every step of the way, Julie was amazing and nothing was too much trouble, even after the funeral, she’s still helping arrange things. John weir phoning to offer his condolences & arranging for one of my dad’s friends to take the service which again was lovely.

Our loved one received the care over and above our expectations from start to finish. John Weir and his staff are sensitive and caring. Appropriate advice was given when needed.
Everything was explained clearly and sometimes repeated for the avoidance of doubt. They were aware it was a very difficult time for us. I would highly recommend them.
