From the first meeting, the JW representative (Sheron) was amazing. Always calm and reassuring when dealing with our (numerous) questions. Talked very clearly about our options and the impending processes and no question/request was deemed silly or irrelevant.
Always found time to discuss subsequent questions/changes and dealt with everything in the same accommodating manner.
Overall, the whole experience was made as easy as possible at a difficult time.

Deana and others were excellent. Very friendly and caring at a difficult time. All were professional and courteous in there rolls. Brian’s funeral was as I wanted it to be with on problems. I was very happy with the service. Thank you.

All good as expected,but didn't like the app for obituary/ donations etc. Awkward. And the link with passwords to watch service online were just lost among the dozens of emails i had so my relatives didn't get to watch it. And the view of the service was limited at medway Crematorium.

a fantastic service by all the staff involved in my late partners funeral 
from the moment I contacted then  to the bringing us back to my house after the funeral was a 1st class service  I can't recommend the another thank you

Excellent service. Deanna, the lady who dealt with us, was very professional and considerate. Our Father wanted a direct cremation and John Weir Funeral Directors were brilliant.

I cannot thank John Weir Funeral Directors enough for helping make such a difficult time easier. Deana made the whole process seem much less daunting. She was kind, patient and always available if we had any questions. John Weir worked quickly and efficiently so that I was able to see my dad one last time. The funeral itself ran smoothly and was just what we wanted to say goodbye and celebrate the life of our loved one. I would recommend John Weir in a heartbeat.
