I was very impressed with the care and advice I received when I chose the Coop for my late husbands funeral.
The celebrant they recommended for us was incredible and the service was just what we wanted it to be like.

I was informed that I would be told when the cremation of David would be performed but was not contacted until after the event.

I paid to have his ashes sent to me by courier after the cremation and was informed this would be "within a few days". I am writing this a week after the cremation and still have not received them.

If this is their idea of caring for the friends and family of the deceased they still hae a lot to learn.

I received a very personal, tailored service which completely reflected my late husbands lifestyle.
Updates were provided, contacts always available.
I thoroughly recommend Co- operative Funeralcare.
I would suggest that the company include in their range, a more modern choice of eco cardboard coffins. We had to source our own.
