Outstanding care and empathy from every single member of staff who cared for mum or contributed to supporting us all as a family. Havva was exceptional in the professional way she conducted herself. Although thoroughly professional she was able to consider the feelings of all of us at this very sad time. Thank you Havva. Kevin was the Celebrant and was also outstanding in his compassion. Highly recommend such a professional TEAM.

Everyone at the Rainham branch could not have been more accommodating or helpful  in making the arrangements around our commitments. Questions were answered quickly and at no time did we feel pressured despite approaching time constraints.

We have always used the Co-Op Funeral Care for our family funerals and have always found them to be the most reliable, sympathetic and understanding at difficult times.

The service provided by their Rainham branch for the recent funerals of both my parents was second to none, and their compassion and professionalism made the day more bearable.

The family received such a caring, compassionate and professional service. When I visited the Rainham branch, I was greeted with such warmth and understanding, it was more like I was talking to a friend. Nothing was too much trouble to ask for, and everything was explained to me along the way. The help I received in compiling mum's phot tribute will always be appreciated. Our mum loved to wear her pink and pearls, as a family we all decided to wear an item of pink clothing at the cremation. Rainham asked the Pall Bearers and drivers of the hearse and limousine if they would wear pink ties also, which they did. A small gesture but with such a huge impact on the family. We can not thank you enough. Talking with the team at Rainham, and Kevin, who performed mum's service, was comforting. They all helped to make a very difficult experience one that we can look back on, and say, yes, mum would have loved that. Thank you so much.

Whilst never something to enjoy or look forward to, I can honestly say Havva and the wider team made it painless and seamless to organise what was a fantastic send off for my mum. The whole process was handled with the perfect mix of empathy, organisation and humour

The Co-op were very good with my brother & myself when we were arranging our dad’s funeral. All the staff were sympathetic, kind, caring & considerate, plus very helpful, and professional at all times.

Your staff in Rainham Kent were extremely helpful. They made a difficult task for me , so much easier to deal with,  at such a sad and emotional time. 
They found a celebrant who exactly met the my expectations . I had wanted a lady and one who had emotion and feeling in her delivery. The celebrant fulfilled all of these requirements.
 So a big thank you to the staff there , Havva, Rick and to Emma the celebrant.

I can't thank Havva at the Rainham Coop enough for her help. She is perfect for the job and nothing is to much trouble. She made the whole process from start to finish much easier for me. She explained the whole way throughout the process and supported me when I went in to see my husband at rest.
Rick rang beforehand and explained what would be happening on the day which I found helpful.
On the day everything went so smoothly and if there is such a thing as a perfect funeral this would have been it. It couldn't have been better for my husband.
Rick and his team were compassionate and understanding. They asked Robert's son if he would like to help carry him into the service, which he was very proud and honoured to do.

The lady in your Rainham office, Havva has a wonderful way in comforting customers and helping to make the best choices for us. She gave me all the information i needed every step of the way, no hidden extras etc. Matthew, their on site undertaker st the crematorium was wonderful too.  i would highly recommend this service.

The support that we received from Havva was fantastic, very caring and made the process that bit easier. Havva even made the effort to contact me after the cremation to check to see how I was. Could not fault her at all
