The staff at Rainham co-op were absolutely wonderful Havva Kirsty and Rick when we first went in we so good and Matt and his team on the day of the funeral were so kind and caring I can’t thank them enough.

To improve your service we do think that at the initial meeting, it would be usefull if relatives were advised to look on the Obitus Website to understand the correct procedure/requirements when using their service.

Again we would like to thank all of you at the Rainham Branch of the 'Co-oP and at Bobbing Crematoriam, for helping us through this difficult time and for the lovely farewell to our Mum / Nan.

From start to finish the consummate professionals, but never losing that kind, sympathetic edge. Nothing was to much trouble & on the funeral day Rick & his team were that smooth & thoroughly experienced they blended seamlessly in to the peripheral ,doing a superb job. The day was effortless & being the bereaved I was top priority at all times. If there were any problems, I was completely unaware, that's how professional they are. Highly recommended

I cannot praise enough the commitment, care and efficiency of the team at the Rainham office. The two women Havva and Carli, who handled the administrative side, could not have done more. The funeral went off without a hitch and the bearer team were superb. We had no idea how much was involved in arranging a funeral and were so impressed by the knowledge and efficiency of the two women who basically carried us all the way through this heartrending time. We cannot thank them enough for their assistance and the quiet sympathy they offered us.

All staff at the co-op funeral care Rainham were very professional from the girls in the office to the funeral director on the day of the service.
Nothing was too much trouble. Any questions we had were responded to quickly.
They helped guide and advise but most of all listened to what we would like.
They were diplomatic and sensitive when asking questions in the planning.
Would totally recommend to anyone.
Thank you all so much for being kind and caring and making the whole process as easy as it could be.

Right form the start, we received a first class service from both Havva and Carli in the Rainham Branch. They were warm, caring and thoroughly professional. Havva went out of her way to ensure we received the best possible service for mum, including finding a particular minister to lead the service. She was thoughtful and understanding, and her carefully chosen, sensitive language when talking about mum was greatly appreciated. From those who collected mum's body on the first day, through to the team on the day leading the procession and those who printed and produced such a wonderful order of service the service we received was excellent. I cannot fault any of them, they should be proud of their efforts and they all deserve recognition. Thank you.

The new Direct Funeral Service was perfect. The video was done with compassion and will mean so much to all the family. The fact that we were able to personalise the Cremation with songs and photographs of our choice, was so comforting. The option to dress dad in his favourite clothes, to choose the colour of the lining of his coffin and to be able to choose the style of his coffin instead of having the standard one, meant that the service was much more personal for the family. The choice of readings was good and we were able to choose one that was appropriate for how we all felt. The staff were wonderful. Kind, caring and guided us through the service. Will always recommend you.
