Carli was friendly and professional and put us at ease straight away.The Experience was enjoyable (strange but what we needed) and not as daunting as we first feared.i will be using co -op again.

My wife's funeral arrangements were with from start to finish with great care
and compassion. The two young ladies went out of their way to make us feel
as much at ease as possible on such an occasion and the Committal and following
service was without a hitch.

Howard’s funeral was beautiful our vicar Jonathan Jennings from st Margaret’s church Rainham did us proud . Everyone that came to give Howard a good send off throughly enjoyed themselfs what will toe tapping and singing through all the songs that were played on that day it was very memorable. Nick from the coop was very helpful before the service and after it was a send of not just for the family but friends too . Howard will be sadly missed but during his life time he made a difference to all our lives . Hava from the coop was also very helpful sorting out our songs for howards funeral we will be making arrangements to collect Howard’s ashes in due time. Everyone we came into contact with at Rainham branch were absolutely wonderful. On the day of the funeral everyone was so kind, helpful and thoroughly professional. 
In the branch the person we most had dealings with was Havva, she was so helpful, and went beyond her call to make it an easy journey for us.

I couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely compassionate, reassuring people who made a difficult and anxious time the best it could be. As a family, we have always used the Co-op and would never go anywhere else. Special thanks to Havva in the office and Rick who helped co-ordinated and helped me on the day.

Carli and Havva couid not have been more professional in helping my brothers and I to arrange our Mums funeral service. It was always going to be a difficult time, but both girls took the time to genuinely listen to us talking about Mum ,to explain our options and to help us to arrange the service Mum wanted. We asked for several amendments to the order of service, and these were made with no problems at all.
On the day itself, the funeral director, Rick and his team made sure everything went smoothly, from picking us up at the house to taking us back. The whole team were smart, professional and showed a real desire to get things right for us.

Both of the assistants at the Rainham branch were sensitive and understanding. They dealt in a compassionate manner.
What could have been traumatic experience was very calm.
I have received a phone call to ask how I was.

My only suggestion for an improvement is to have the deceased ashes delivered to the home address, not to have to collect them either from the crematorium or the co-op office. I feel that people would pay an extra fee for this.
