Nicola at the Walderslade branch, was very friendly & helpful guiding us through this awful time. It was a lovely funeral & wonderful celebration of my fathers life. It was such a relief everything went well. 

Mark, was also so helpful & reassuring the day went to plan.

Michael the celebrant was fabulous & made the service so lovely, everybody said how amazing it was 🙏

Only problem was that the Sheerness office is closed so everything had to be done by phone. Even simple things like sending flowers hit extra costs for delivery to the Rainham Branch. For Island people the closing of the local Funeral Care will cost the company in the long run.

first rate service. The lady I dealt with,nicola,was kind and sympathetic and the communication was excellent. It made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. I would recommend the co op funeral directors to anyone.

Our Arrangements for my mothers funeral were handled impeccably by Nicola and Mark of Co-op Funeral care .From the very start we were shown utmost respect and consideration .Nicola was absolutely the epitome of a professional ,she showed thought, understanding, and sheer professionalism .Nicola guided us throughout the whole process. From start to committal of my mother. Staying in contact updating and amending as the situation required . Nothing was too much trouble to make my mothers final journey one she would have been so pleased with. My family all agreed afterwards that it was done with class and dignity and to quote certain members "was the best funeral they had been to in many years" "done with class and your mum would have been proud of her send off" "the funeral was done so well "just a few of the comments of the family. It was all down to Nicola the attention to detail adhering to my mothers wishes and a complete understanding of our needs at this sad time. Nicola is a credit to her profession and made our sad duty a whole lot more bearable and easier. Becuase of her utter professionalism. Mums funeral is one I will remember for all the right reasons thanks to Nicola and mark. I have no hesitation in recommending their services for those who face the sad duty of sending their loved ones on their final journey . Mark did a sterling job on the day and was a credit to Coop funeral care on the day conducting and marshalling the bearers drivers to make mums journey one of class .His guidance on the day was so helpful and compassionate. he listened and guided me through the actual journey into the church and onward to the cemetery and to the grave side .All of which was new to me and quite traumatic but his steadying hand was so much appreciated and his bearing and professionalism showed through absolutely.
Nicola and Mark provided a service that stands out compared to other funeral care providers they are simply a class above the rest .Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you did you made mums final journey simply the best myself and my sister could have ever wished for and indeed other close members of the family believe so too. Nicola and mark we will always be indebted to you for providing such a classy professional service your a credit to Co-op funeral care.

From start to finish we received first class service. Nicola in the office was very professional, compassionate and caring. She made what would have been a stressful time very bearable.  She was always accommodating when we popped in with numerous questions.  On the day of the funeral, the whole team were very professional and again, very caring.  We couldn’t have wished for a better send off for Norman and that would not have been possible if it wasn’t for the professionalism shown by everyone involved.

I had to make all the contact and chase every time. 
The bill was wrong so we had to make an extra payment over the phone. The service just felt a little disjointed and uncomfortable
