Nicola at Walderslade Co-op funeral care was everything we could possibly have asked for & more. She was kind compassionate & caring. She also had just the right tone, not somber, just understanding. She was very organised & made a very difficult situation as easy as she could for us. She always made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. In general we were pleased with the service we received.
However it was really not appreciated that we were ‘chased’ for the money on a daily basis dispute advising the Walderslade office that as a family we would not be  making payment. This would be made directly by the Bank following instructions from our solicitors. This approach was a little insensitive at such a sad time.

The staff went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble for them. They were there supporting us from beginning to end. They were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They were also friendly, sympathetic, empathetic, caring and extremely helpful. The service was very personalised as they listened to all we wanted to say. Everyone said how beautiful the service was and how proud our mum would have been. I would like to say a big thank you to Nicola Gregory the Funeral Arranger at Walderslade and Sarah Lamport the Funeral Celebrant, they were both wonderful and helped us through this very sad time.

I chose Co Op Funeral care as I had had them many years ago for my Mum and Dad. Nicola at the Walderslade Branch was excellent. Her care and kindness is something I will never forget. For various reasons it was a difficult time for me and my family. Nicola was in contact regularly and guided us through the process all the way through. Carly the Funeral Director gave us step by step information as to how the funeral service would proceed. All the staff's kindness and care was second to none. I cannot thank them enough.

The service received from Nicola in the branch prior to the funeral was excellent - she kept us informed on everything all the way through. She has a lovely manner which helps when you don't want everything to be too sombre.

We had a visit from the Celebrant (Michael) prior to the funeral and we just sat and chatted about Mum and he discreetly took notes and on the day of the funeral he captured Mum beautifully.

On the day of the funeral, the funeral director (Carley) was very professional and our driver Len. We felt that we gave our Mum a very fitting send off all thanks to the Coop.

We can not fault the service we have received from co op funeral at walderslade. Nicola was professional and so helpful throughout the process and nothing was to much trouble. Dave, the funeral director and his team were professional and respectable on the day and a credit to your company. The celebrant, Micheal, that they selected for my husband's service was amazing and everyone commented on how he conducted the service as if he knew him personally. We thank you for making a awful time that little bit more manageable.
