Emma was such a comfort & easy to deal with. She was Happy to rung & email details & send paper copies to my Dad. Mum's funeral was the best it could be. Jenny & her staff put us at ease & directed us when we needed it. Overall I would totally recommend Strood Coop.

If the review were for the service given from the Strood and Chatham branch, and the professionalism of the undertakers on the day of the funeral, it would definitely be 5 stars. However, the review must include the call centre.

I don't know whether it is a training issue or a total lack of interest in the job, but the initial conversation was diabolical.

Such a shame, as it really let everyone else down.

Emma at the Strood branch was very sincere and was very helpful through a very difficult time.  The celebrant was very professional and made my brothers service very personal, it was like  Nina new my brother.  From start to finish the coop funeral service has helped me through one of the most difficult time I’ve had to deal with. Issey was great at our time of sadness. She was emphatic, professional and kind. Just a shame we couldn’t see the whole funeral arrangements through with her as my loved one was at a different branch and then we dealt with somebody else.

The co-op funeral care were very efficient, keeping in touch to make sure everything was going alright, to after the funeral to see how it went. Their timings were spot on. They took a lot of pressure off the organising

Everyone at the Co-op involved with arrangements, from removal of the deceased, making the arrangements for the funeral to attending the crematorium have been exceptional. We could not have been in better hands. We are so glad we had a Co-op funeral plan because all that was needed was one telephone call and everything fell into place after that.
