Dear Andrea & Family,

Thank you all so much for the first class service you provided to my family and I to help us cope with and make the necessary arrangements for our sudden loss.

Immediately following our initial meeting with you we felt welcomed, and sensed a genuine empathy and compassion for our situation which we had not experienced elsewhere. Not only did you take care of absolutely everything, but you offered a truly professional, one-to-one bespoke service to us all. You truly respected and accommodated all of our wishes (often at a moment’s notice) and offered each of us humanistic counselling at precisely the right moments. Each time we left Buttons, we felt comforted and relieved that our loved one was in the best, most caring possible hands before they were laid to rest.

On the day itself you and your team were the epitome of professionalism, decorum and comfort; your words to me especially gave me the extra courage I needed to do my very best for my loved one.

Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your relentless compassion and professionalism throughout what has been a very dark time for us all. I am so humbled and in awe by what you do for families every day, and I am so grateful that Medway has you.

I cannot fault button and family. there wonderful commitment and service they provided  after losing my mum it was a very difficult time for my family . They  showed respect and dignity throughout and helping me in every possible way Andrea was a true respectfull professional and her colleagues.but most of all assuring me that I had no worries and everything would be fine I and i would highly recommend this wonderful family ther were many funeral directors to choose from i was recommended button and family from a friend . After receiving the shocking news from medway hospital that our much loved mum Shirley Higgins had passed away without any of us having a chance to say goodbye and spend her last moments with her our family was distraught. Without Andrea's help care and support our mum would have been left in medway hospital all over Christmas which would have been totally unbearable for all of us. Her empathy and kindness shown to us all made us feel that our mum was now in her safe hands. Andrea made us feel at ease at the worst time of our lives by being totally professional but in such a gentle and caring way, involving us in every decision made and making sure the day was a beautiful celebration of mum's life.
We would like to thank you Andrea and team for all the love help care and support shown to us and our beloved mum.
We truly believe that Button & Family were the answer to our prayers...
We will be forever grateful

I would like to say im a mum of 3 lovely children .and am 48 years of age fortunately for me i have never been to a funeral in my life . I lost my 19 year-old son in a motorbike accident by a hit a run driver i dont have words to explain how this turned my world upside down . Then to top it all the hospital failed us with ismaels care .if only i had the right words to explain to you all how hard these pass weeks have been . But what i can say is that buttons funeral services stood by my side every day and every step of the way . The family went beyond anything i needed .if only i could really explain how they made this most horrific journey as easy as possible for me . They were there for me even out of hurs just for me to cry . The whole family will always be with me for what they did not just for me as mum or my son Ismael who passed .but the love and care and support they gave my other 2 children who have lost their brother . I know i shouldn't single anyone out as the whole family of buttons were there for me but Andrea was and is a very special lady . She was without a doubt my back bone though all this . Words could never be enough for me to thank her . Andrea you are truly an angel 😇 in disguise and your family business are a credit to everyone im sure that has had to have you walk by their side's . Obviously thankyou doesn't even touch it . But Thankyou all so much from all of my family and most of all my son Ismael .i will always be entirely greatfull for the love and care you gave my boy during his last days in this world .❤❤❤❤❤

It is never a good time of your life having to arrange a funeral for a loved one. The support and compassion that has been given by Buttons was amazing. I have no words to be able to express my gratitude. Andrea went that extra mile and pulled everything together to ensure everything went smoothly. A big big Thank you to Andrea for everything she ensured my mum had the best send off to the very last minute.

The whole experience of arranging the funeral for my mother was carried out in a a very friendly dignified manner. Andrea, the funeral director, & all her staff were professional at all times and nothing seemed to be to much trouble. My mother was laid out in the chapel of rest and looked like she was asleep which was very comforting to my father. I would recommend Buttons Funeral Service without hesitation.
