I can't put into words exactly how absolutely amazing the service our family received. From arranging the funeral, the care Dad received while with them to the actual funeral. Jacky in the office made every visit feel so relaxed and homely. Ronaldo, who led Dad's funeral and all the others involved looked after us and every detail. Dad would have been happy to know he was in good hands. Thank you all so much.

January 2024, was not a good start to the year, My dad was admitted to hospital and had a diagnosis of cancer, whilst dealing with this, my mum became poorly and passed away. My mum had a funeral plan with the coop, so we went to see Jacky at Coxheath, she was amazing, she gave us advise and guidance and allowed us time to make the best decisions for ourselves and my mum. Jacky was very prompt answer any questions and was at the end of the phone if we needed her. Jacky put us in contact with a humanist celebrant Louise who carried out the funeral service who was also amazing it was like she personally new the family. Graham phoned me the day before the funeral so confirm what would happen on the day, and he would be there if we need him, he gave my guidance of what to do when I was unsure towards the end of the service. I would defiantly recommend them 5 ⭐️

Last year my Nan passed and as my grandparents  had already paid for their funerals, I had to go through the Dulwich branch where I had a terrible experience and actually was dreading using co op again. However I must say Jacky at the coxheath branch was so helpful and was a complete breath of fresh air Vs my previous experience. Tamara was incredible both time the celebrant.

Co-op Funeral Care did my late mothers funeral and I was only too pleased to approach Jacky to take my late brothers funeral.Jacky was very caring, compassionate and very professional in her handling of my requirements. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and relatives.

Jacky was amazing. From
the moment we met her for our first meeting she showed genuine interest , empathy and was very professional. . She asked us lots of questions about our dad to establish the kind of person he was and the life he had. She helped and supported us through this difficult time in making  the right decision , to make dads funeral the memorable day we wanted for him. We did not want a religious service so Jacky  had a  a celebrant in mind , Philip Painter ,  who she thought would be perfect for dads service . We arranged a meeting with Philip to discuss the service . Philip was very supportive and helped us arrange the type of service we wanted for dad. I have to say on the day the service was beautiful. We had  lots of comments  made from our family and friends on how much feeling and love they felt during the service. Both Jacky and Philip kept us updated with the arrangements. Jacky  phoned after the funeral to see if everything was how we wanted it. 
Our funeral direct David and his team should not go unmentioned too. They were  very supportive and professional.
I would highly recommend the Funeral Care at Coxheath and all those involved in
making our dads funeral a beautiful and memorable day.

I was very pleased with the way that Co-Op Funeralcare at Coxheath assisted in the planning of my late Father's funeral. Jacky at the branch was kind, caring and compassionate in all our dealings, both in branch and over the telephone. She was particularly kind when I took my adult son to see his Grandfather for a final time as he was understandably emotional. Jacky was considerate and supportive. All the arrangements on the day went without a hitch and David, the Funeral Director, was equally respectful and attentive to myself and my family.

Banstead Surrey branch were terrible but Coxheath were very good.
In general contacting the Co-Op on Saturdays or Sundays was poor.

Very pleased with the service. Everything went smoothly. 
The only negative was the cost of the Orders of Service. The cost of 100 from the Co Op was 5 times higher than my local printer. Other than that I would recommend them.
