We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful send off for my late husband. The care the team showed us all was wonderful and they all gave a very personal service. They are so professional but empathetic at the same time. Thank you for all your help with the service and giving my husband the send off he so deserved.

My family and I were very impressed with the standard of care, efficiency and professionalism given by Maidstone Coop on the occasion of the funeral of Paul Hutchison. The packets of wildflower seeds with Paul's photo on the front were a particular triumph and many of the mourners talked about special places they had in their gardens where they thought the seeds would flourish and would act as an apt memorial to Paul. Many thanks to all the coop funeral team at the crematorium, headed by Matt, who happily acceded to our request for them to wear casual clothes. Special thanks to Kayleigh and Matt.

To begin I would like to say that Kayleigh was very compassionate and extremely professional, but I do have some issues, I stated that it was important to myself and my eldest daughter that we was able to see my husband especially because my eldest daughter was the only one that didn’t get a opportunity to see her father on the night of his death, I absolutely appreciate covid being a problem and the fact it was the Christmas period but I feel not enough was done to carry out our wishes and we have to deal with that,also the wrong date of my husband’s birth month was wrong on the order of service in which we are supposed to keep in memory of him .

Kayleigh was very supportive during the funeral arrangements for our late Mum 

The first appointment was a lot of questions and decisions we had not even considered and was a little overwhelming initially . However we were given time to make a number of decisions and choices and returned a number of times 

The end result was a tailor made service that we feel Mum would have been very pleased with . 

On the day of the service the staff from Co-Op Funeral Services were professional and dignified at every stage

Everything was thought of! From the first meeting, everyone involved in the organisation of the funeral felt like family. The service was amazing. Kayleigh organised everything to perfection, made great suggestions and was understanding throughout. On the day, everything went smoothly thanks to Mark and Steve (the celebrant, who was recommended by Kayleigh).
