Natalie in the office was so kind and caring and extremely professional. She listed to what we wanted with patience and care. I also spoke to Pauline and Annie who equally were lovely. They kindly organised everything we wanted for Dad and with great compassion. The Cars we had on the day were really nice as were the drivers. The only matter that we found disappointing was that we had particularly requested and agreed a format for the service, which was important to us as a family and for what our dad wanted, yet on the day we were asked to change it, for no real justified reason. We did stand our ground and the service went ahead as planned, but it was a lack of empathy at a very sensitive time and very unnecessary also. However Dad had a lovely send off which is what was important.

I found this company to carry out the whole process sensitively from start to finish.
Their pricing was open and I was at no point pressured into spending more.
I was kept informed of any issues leading up to the day and the Funeral itself was conducted with the utmost respect.

From first speaking with Anne in the office, and then the visit, (they allowed me to take Kathys Dog  Willow to the meeting)

So So Helpful , talked through the process gave lots of information, helped with
order of service and the celebrate Sue Viner 100% the right choice.

On the day Stephen  was so nice, explained all, so so professional  just a Great Team
