Vanessa and the whole Team at Hythe were excellent. At a very sad and difficult time Vanessa  was warm, kind and very professional throughout. She gave guidance with every aspect of the process including her suggested celebrant Jeff Stephens who was perfect in his role. We never felt pressured and  were given time to process everything, nothing was too much trouble. The day itself ran smoothly with every aspect taken care of perfectly.

At a particularly difficult time for our family, all of the staff at Chittenden Funeralcare looked after our loved one and his family and friends with the utmost dignity and respect. They gently guided us through the process of planning the funeral and the funeral itself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Everyone we spoke to was professional, kind and showed great empathy. The aftercare has been exemplary.

Excellent service. particularly liked the fact that the person who arranged the funeral with my sister and I , also officiated at the funeral. Kind and professional throughout. Just one downside, when I first contacted the out of hours service on Saturday the 16th of July, after my mum had died, to ask for her to be taken into your care, I was told that someone would contact me in 10 minutes. I phoned again after over half an hour - much better call handler and I was indeed contacted in under 10 minutes and received excellent and compassionate service from then on. Special mention to the two people who turned up with the private ambulance, so caring, so professional and to Vanessa the FD.
