Chittenden, Hythe, gave first class service in every respect. They were compassionate and kind, efficient, knowledgeable and organised. Vanessa and Tom were both respectful, caring and professional. It was Vanessa I dealt with most and her emotional intelligence and listening skills are outstanding.  Everything went perfectly, at the planning stage and at the funeral itself. I wholeheartedly recommend this funeral company.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of needing to plan a funeral for my stepfather. As expected, it was a difficult and emotional time for my elderly mother. However, Chittendens made the process very easy.

Vanessa from Chittendens was professional, compassionate, and understanding. She took the time to listen to our needs and wishes, and provided us with all the necessary information and options to make informed decisions. They also showed great respect for our wishes, ensuring that everything was handled with care and sensitivity.

On the day of the funeral Vanessa was there every step of the way, making sure that everything ran smoothly. They were calm, composed, and respectful

Very difficult time - but we were all treated with the utmost empathy throughout. The arrangements were meticulously planned and executed. Nothing was too much trouble and nothing was left to chance.
