Lewis Solomon was also chosen by my late father based on a recommendation from a friend retired from the 'industry' - it is one of the few remaining locally owned funeral homes in the area and provides a high level of service and respect.

My brother and I had an extremely positive experience during such a difficult time (we lost both parents within hours of each other). We were treated with respect and kindness, the end-to-end process was managed very well and everything was very well communicated. We would thoroughly recommend Lewis Solomon to anyone seeking such services.

We were very happy with the personal service we received at a difficult time. Everyone was very kind and the arranger was very helpful in planning the crematorium service. Although the Swanley traffic was a major headache we were able to reach the crematorium in time and the undertaker was very respectful to our wishes. There was no sense of being hurried and we would certainly recommend Solomon’s in the future especially as I have had the opportunity to play for other crematoriums in the past. Thank you so much. Arranging a funeral for a loved one is one of the hardest and most emotional things you will ever had to do.  when my father passed away suddenly last month Lewis Solomon made this heart-breaking journey so much easier.
She looked after my father like he was one of their own and treated my grieving family with the upmost respect, compassion and professionalism.

Very professional service. Well managed and kept every word they said.

The Service I experienced at Lewis Solomon was amazing.
I have never used a funeral parlour before but the arranger explained everything in fine detail with empathy, as well as going above and beyond to accommodate all of our family and friends requests.
The funeral itself was overlooked by Steve who made sure everything was perfectly planned and dignified.

Trying to arrange a funeral is obviously a very emotional process. Trying to arrange a funeral when you don’t live in the same country adds to the emotional stress. With great attention to detail, Lewis Solomon provided sensitive and knowledgeable advice and service from the moment that we notified them of my mother's death. They made sure that the order of service was printed in line with our wishes and the visual tribute was organised exactly as we wished. They recommended an excellent celebrant who conducted a humanist order of service in line with what my mother wanted. On the day we were supported and guided in a helpful way by the members of a great team who knew how to strike the right tone without any hint of false sadness, and who smiled at the right time in response to our smiles as we recalled a happy memory.

We had an excellent meeting at Lewis Solomon, mothers funeral was pre-paid, every aspect of the funeral arrangements were explained in detail that we could understand. A couple of alterations were made, to the original and were adapted. The follow-up communications were excellent, either by e-mail or phone. The day of the funeral went without any hitch, and our two grandsons were allow to have their own wishes granted and carried the coffin into the crematorium. So we have no qualms about giving the company an excellent review.
