This is the second time I have used Lewis Soloman and I have been again overwhelmed with the support, care and empathy that we as a family have had from the directors. 
From my mother’s passing away to her funeral the support has been outstanding. I would recommend them at this sad time.

I would highly recommend Lewis Solomon Funeral Service.  All of the team are so kind and helpful which is what you need at a difficult time. Sharon took charge of all the arrangements and the special requests which for me included Mum’s ashes being reunited with Dad and she tracked this down. I would highly recommended the music reflection everyone found this a nice addition to the funeral. But my recommendation is about how we as a family were treated and it was supportive and kind and really helpful. Couldnt recommend enough thank you for making the day as easy as it could be.

The staff have been lovely and helpful all the way through this very difficult time for me and helped me give my husband a beautiful send off. They really looked after Dan and I can’t thank them enough.

As nice as the staff were, I felt the only contact I had was if I called the office. I was told by the celebrant I would be called the night before the funeral to make sure I was up to date on everything and how things would run on the day. This never happened. I felt there was a lack of communication between Solomans and the Celebrant. Unfortunately, I couldn't relax and feel we were in good hands leading up to the funeral. The cars were late arriving to my house. Despite emails on Songs and a copy of the order of service sent in, the entrance song was still noted down incorrectly. Sadly, I would not recommend Solomans based on my experience.

The service we received from start to finish by Lewis Solomon was excellent. Rachel the Funeral Director made us feel relaxed and proceeded to take a huge weight from our shoulders at this difficult time. She was so professional in helping us plan a very personalised send off for Frank. Trevor our celebrant, highly recommended by Rachel, conducted a beautiful service for us all. Steve and his team on the day of the funeral were so respectful and made sure everything went smoothly for us. We cannot praise the Lewis Solomon team enough, thanks to you all!

The care and consideration afforded to the our family at such a difficult time was exceptional and heartfelt. All aspects of the service provided to us were faultless and felt personalised, helpful and caring from our first meeting with Funeral Director Rachael to the team on the day and beyond. We used Lewis Solomon for my Father's funeral back in 2017 and the high standards have been impressively maintained.

The team at Lewis Solomon handled everything for my Mum’s funeral with care and kindness. Rachel was a pleasure to work with- extremely helpful with all our questions and always prompt with emails and phone calls. All the arrangements were flawless. Dan was very kind, and on the day, Stephen handled everything beautifully. It was an emotional time for our family so it was good to know that caring professionals were at our side the whole time. Right from the first phone call late in the evening to the final committal, I was impressed with empathy shown while still providing a professional and excellent level of service. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was good but not intrusive. I would not hesitate to recommend Lewis Solomon.

From start to finish very professional and warming. The arranger on Day 1 was attentive and caring as well as obviously very knowledgeable at her job and helping us to decide on different things. A lovely lady. Steve and his boys on the day were immaculate. Their professionalism was second to none. We really felt like ours was the first funeral they had conducted and this is a testament to Steve's professionalism and caring nature.
