Everyone was very understanding and very professional. The funeral director Matthew and his team where great. The person who did mums makeup and dressed her fid a wonderful job. She looked so peaceful. Shirley in the funeral parlour was very supportive and did a wonderful job. At a time which is so hard I would recommend Gravesend co OP to people for your compassion and professionalism. From the Jacob's family.

Celebrant Scott Lowe was excellent. Funeral director was very sensitive to the occasion. We opted for essential cremation which was very dignified. Very impressed.

I know when I pass I’m going with the coop all the staff caring, looked after mummy, they did everything we asked for , the funeral directors on day of funeral, very polite and caring , the parlour when I walked in , I felt instant calmness, and the coffee was great Emma and Shirley lovely caring , and kept me up to date on everything.

Second time within a year we have used co-op Milton Road, and I can’t praise them enough for their hard work during such difficult times. Great service from Lauren who kept me updated throughout and responded to any questions and queries quickly and professionally. It made organising the funeral stress free and knowing that my nan was in great care. Grahame and the pallbearers were amazing on the day of the funeral. Highly recommend.
