At this difficult time each member of staff handle everything with the utmost care and respect. We couldn’t fault anything from the moment we entered their office to the actual day because they communicated and advised throughout   I can’t thank them enough for all their help and guidance   Nothing was too much trouble and you were never rushed to make a decision at this difficult time   10 out of 10

From the minute my sister and I entered your premises nothing was too much trouble.  Shirley went above and beyond and helped us all through the process. On the day of the funeral Matt was exceptional and so kind towards me and my sister and all the family.  Could not have asked for anything more. Also the celebrant Scott who helped us give my Mum a great send off was great as well .

Can’t fault the guidance , attention to detail and teamwork between staff. Shirley and Mat were very good at supporting the family to the very final moments of the service, showing a care and interest which allowed them to deal calmly and discreetly with the last minute situations that cropped up; nothing to do with the co-op but dealt with them superbly.

Everything was beautifully handled with professionalism and compassion. However, other mourners informed after the funeral that they were not informed that there was a collection box, should they wish to make a donation, next to the flowers and, as these were on a fairly high shelf it was not very obvious. Also, once the four main mourners had left the chapel the rest were left in limbo not sure what to do!
Despite this slight niggle, I would readily recommend your company to others.
