Many thanks to Shirley, Verity, and Jenny. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained in detail and we were constantly updated. It is not something people do everyday so it is very easy to get it wrong which we were dreading. The professional, friendly approach made it very easy to ask questions, and speak directly to someone who cared and was approachable. They also sorted our Celebrant Hannah Beachem who was simply brilliant, and we had many comments from attendees on how it was delivered so personally. We have been back in since just to show our gratitude and meet up again now the funeral has passed.

I was very impressed with my Husband’s Funeral . Shirley was very kind and helpful throughout everything and the service was perfect. Also i was kept aware of all that was happening throughout the 6 weeks wait Matt also was very kind and helpful on the day of the funeral and very respectful.

Just heartbroken that they forgot to order the flowers and we only found out as we were leaving for the funeral. So upsetting to follow a bare coffin. They were honest about the mistake and eventually reduced the cost but an upsetting experience with a verbal apology to me but not to my mother even when speaking to her on the phone. There is no way to fix the mistake and sadness that it caused. Also had 2 incorrect invoices sent to me which I had to ask to be corrected. Extra worry when grieving was unnecessary and painful.

Very friendly, well organised and very helpful. Shirley & Matt in the Gravesend office are very professional in their handling of what is a very difficult time but also friendly and deferential which makes so much difference. They were very clear explaining what the process was and how things happened and kept in touch regularly. I think my Mum would've been very pleased with the way she was looked after.

I am very happy to recommend their services to anyone who may need them.
