Shirley was very helpful from day one to myself and my brother when we came in to see her. She was very polite and showed us empathy, answering all our questions . She recommended a fantastic celebrant who was perfect for us. Shirley chased up the necessary paper work from London for us and also kept us in the loop throughout the process. On the day we had Jenny taking care of the funeral, again she was also very helpful and polite. A very curteous team who we would highly recommend.

In what is always a very emotional and stressing time, I can honestly say that the team at Gravesend were wonderful, they spent time looking after my mother and making her look lovely again for my dad see her and say goodbye. They were both professional yet kind and caring.They were wonderful, when I had trouble trying to download photos for the service, they volunteered to download and send all 25 of my photos, without hesitation.
The day went smoothly and without any problems.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of us and I would defiantly recommend them to anyone.
