Excellent in planning,but not to carry my wifes body into the chapel was unforgiveable. Health and safety drivel. It is clearly quoted as a means of saving money on pall bearers. And if they can’t carry the coffin they are in the wrong job. Deeplydisappointing! I should with hindsight stipulated that as a prerequisite. It should have led to a reduction in the bill!

From start to finish Shirley and the team were excellent nothing was to much trouble they answered our every need. Would like to thank them all for making a sad day bearable. Also the Celebrant Terri Rackley was very warm and caring just what we needed.kind regards Sue Kingswell

Shirley was most helpful and kept in touch throughout, the process was simple and caring, we had our dad’s coffin made and thanks to all involved was delivered in time. On the day the funeral staff were 100% could not have asked for better staff, the flowers we had made for the top of dads coffin were lovely too, for what was a very sad time I felt that all staff that had any dealings with my dad were respectful, caring and professional, a big thank you .

Everyone was so kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.

They made what was a very sad occasion a lot easier.

I was given all the time I needed to make the arrangements and then to spend time and say my final goodbyes to my beloved husband.

They provided him with a service that I was proud of as his final journey in this life

Everything was perfect. It was organised with so much care and respect. It took a load off my mind especially because it was over the Christmas period. I chose to use the Coop legal team as well.
