We received excellent service gor mum, as we did before for dad. Very understanding, personal touch and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and assisted and guided us through all that had to be done. Thank you

The staff were extremely compassionate, empathic and so helpful every step of the journey, during the planning of my dads funeral, the Twydall office as always were super professional but also very kind and took most of the stress and worries away. The extra touches, personal touches and the kindness shown to us all was very welcomed. On the day, Mark and his team could not have been more kinder to us all and also ensured dad had the best send of he could have done, it was beautiful and all thanks to Mark and his team. sadly, this is not the first funeral that Mark and his team have done for our family in the last 27 years since we first used Terry and his services, but they truly are the best at what they do. So glad my dad was able to be laid to rest with you all assisting. Thank you from all of us x

Obviously an emotive time, but from the first phone call to the last part of the funeral service, they managed every conversation sensitively, without being too 'chatty', it was perfect combination of practical guidance and sympathy.

Honestly it was the most perfect send off, I couldn't have asked them to do more.

T.Allen helped organised my husband’s funeral. I couldn't have wished for a better send off for him. From the time they took George into their care, as a family we felt safe and secure. All the staff are professional, caring and nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for making the worst day of my and my family’s life that little bit easier.

A huge thank you to Rita and Liz at the Twydall branch. They were so kind and compassionate but also very efficient in supporting our family to arrange Mum's funeral. Everything went smoothly and just as we wanted on the day. The dignity, care and respect shown by the Funeral Director and his team of pallbearers was exceptional and very comforting for us all.

An amazing family run business. Have used them for both of our parents with no complaints.

They are very empathetic and every single one of them are amazingly respectful and tentative to all our requirements regardless of how off the wall they were.

Have asked that they be used for me as I know I will be in safe hands, not too soon though, I hope.

From start to finish of a very difficult experience for me T Allen were outstanding. All the staff we dealt with, office staff and the undertakers, were very empathetic, helpful and supportive and gave a lot of help and advice. They were highly professional but very personal in their dealings with me went out of their way to help and accommodate me and my requests and it was flawless throughout. No funeral is easy but I was able to relax knowing the day would be conducted extremely well and that I did not need to stress about any arrangements. Thank you very much Rita, Liz, Mark and everyone else
