I found Les particularly helpful and professional . I appreciated the telephone calls to go through things the day before the funeral and felt that he was approachable if I had any queries. He was also very patient and I did not feel rushed .

Nothing has been too much trouble, they have guided us all the way from my very first phone call making it a lot easier, we had a beautiful service, and even afterwards to make sure everything went ok. This is the second time we have used John Weir in three months. They are exceptional and create the service that is right for you and your family. They focus on you - and not adding on unwanted extras. 

We wanted a slightly unconventional and less formal send off for Mum, and Les made sure every aspect was right for us and supported us every step of the way. 

I’d recommend them completely.
