This is the second time we have used John Weir in three months. They are exceptional and create the service that is right for you and your family. They focus on you - and not adding on unwanted extras. 

We wanted a slightly unconventional and less formal send off for Mum, and Les made sure every aspect was right for us and supported us every step of the way. 

I’d recommend them completely.

The day of the funeral could not have been any smoother and my Dad would have been delighted!  A truly wonderful send off for him!

I have always used John Weir in the past for the simple reason that I can entrust them with finer details to help make a very stressful day go well.  Again they did not disappoint!

A special mention goes to Les Atterbury who was my main contact.  He was extremely helpful and put great effort into finding the right music tributes.  His attention to detail and communication was exceptional and this ultimately helped towards a difficult day being a success.  I would also like to add that on the day Les’s colleagues were very professional and Amanda very supportive.

Thank you all very much…you did us proud!

What an incredible funeral for Vince. With the help of Les at Gillingham I was able to plan each part of the funeral service to my exact requests. Helped also by Amanda to finalise details for a military funeral and committal service. The conductor and his team took care of family and friends and guided the mourners through every step. Absolutely lovely service, attention to detail and nothing but professional. I couldn’t of asked more of the help and guidance we was shown by Les at Gillingham branch, He made me and my sister feel so welcome and at ease. It made the organising part of the funeral very smooth. 

The actual funeral service was just how we had planned and just as beautiful as I could of wanted. From the celebrant doing a fantastic job with her words, to the ceremony conductor always making sure myself & my family were okay and aware of what to do and what comes next. 

It truly was a good send off for my dad, one that he would of been proud of also. I would like to thank everyone involved from John Weir for making a hard day much more enjoyable.

Such a professional company that has given outstanding service to me and my family during a very difficult time.

Deana and Ben at your Gillingham Office have been extremely helpful during the whole process, helping organise mums funeral, over Zoom, telephone and when visiting the office.

We would like to say a big thank you to the drivers on the funeral day and to all the staff who have looked after our mum whilst in your care.

John Weir organized my mothers funeral in exemplary fashion. Every detail was anticipated, and all the arrangements occurred without a hitch. This is , sadly, the third time we have had the occasion to use them, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
