I found Les particularly helpful and professional . I appreciated the telephone calls to go through things the day before the funeral and felt that he was approachable if I had any queries. He was also very patient and I did not feel rushed .

Nothing has been too much trouble, they have guided us all the way from my very first phone call making it a lot easier, we had a beautiful service, and even afterwards to make sure everything went ok.
