Deana and her team were fantastic to deal with at a very difficult time for our family, sympathetic & courtesy at all times. They attended to every detail and were patient and understanding with our questions and the traditions we requested. It made this very challenging event much easier knowing that the arrangements were being handled professionally and with empathy. We would not hesitate to reccomend their services. It gave us comfort to know our mother was in great hands.

Deanna and team at John Weir, Gillingham have been incredible whilst organising and leading my Dad's funeral.

They have been compassionate, kind, caring and have really listened to us throughout. We're a blended family and the team have ensured everyone has been heard and able to contribute towards our Dad's passing.

Offices are in much needed of refurbishment and so only 4 stars. The funeral went very well and all other services / level of dignity handled very well. Deana is a diamond and is devoted to her work! She deserves a nicer place to work and some investment in the front of house offer, including lighting, quality of finishes / furniture is long overdue...this would serve the Weir brand well for staff and customers alike!

Very caring service. From the moment we arrived for our appointment to saying how we wanted to proceed for my husband’s service was professional and compassionate.
