I received a very caring and personal service. Gemma and Paula were both very kind and understanding. Louise cared for me at the actual funeral and professionally took me through proceedings the afternoon prior.  John was our proficient driver. I can’t think of anything more the staff could have done to ease me through this awful time. It’s become apparent that the business is almost entirely about great staff. My husband and I and my brother all took out Co-op Funeral Care pre paid plans after receiving great care when my sister died but unfortunately it wasn’t the same when my brother died. No permanent staff in office atFaversham, just someone put there to cover, no knowledge of Faversham. Obviously just a job to the stand-in and  little actual empathy. So much easier this time with empathetic and professional staff.

    The team at Coop Funeralcare Faversham provided an excellent service for our Mum’s funeral. In fact they went above and beyond to look after us in what is always a difficult time for any family, and make sure they understood what we wanted as a family. Thankyou to Angela and Gemma for helping us give Mum the day she deserved.
