Sadly this is the second time we have used your services in the last 18 months and on both Occasions Ang , Gemma , Kelly and all the team have been amazing .

Excellent service from the Co op from the first meeting which was arranged promptly, regular updates from them and a courteous and sympathetic team on the day of the service. The staff at the new crematorium at Faversham were very accommodating and the video slideshow during the service allowed us to share fond memories of our late mother.

Coop Funeral home Faversham were excellent from start to finish. 
The compassion show by Angie Gemma and Paul was very touching. 
The Celebrant Chele was equally as professional and compassionate.  
They fully catered for my needs and helped me make the right decisions for my mums Funeral. 
Mum had a great send off and everyone who attended and watched online said so too. 
I am so happy I chose Coop. 😊

All staff were very empathetic and helpful.  They kept in touch and enabled things to go smoothly through several upsetting challenges  outside of our control (caused by coroner and supplier mishaps).
