The service we received from Kevin & his team was exemplary. Their respect, compassion, understanding & patience was second to none. They were always happy to assist with all & any questions & queries & the services they offered along with their attention to detail was just excellent. Our dear Mum could not have been in better hands bringing great comfort to us all at such a sad time. Thank you Kevin & many thanks to your team. Would highly recommend.

This service is, thankfully, one that it is only rarely used and it is difficult to make comparisons.However I nannot imagine much that could have been improved- help and advice offered frequently and efficiently and the service itself was flawless.

From the first point of contact with Farriers I felt reassured that I had made the right choice to use them, Sonia talked me through the Process whilst being very supportive and compassionate to our needs as a family. She ensured that everything that we wanted for our dads passing was as we would like it to be, even taking into consideration the wishes and feelings of Mum who had lost her husband of 64 years. It made a very difficult time and process a bit easier to deal with knowing that Farriers were looking after us all. Thank you.

Very professional service from start to finish. We could not fault their care and attention to detail regarding my brother’s funeral.

All staff made the day very relaxed, informal and carried out our wishes to the last detail.

From the very first phone call to Farriers when my sister passed away onwards, the professionalism and support offered by Sarah and all her staff was exceptional.
This was our first time dealing with a funeral, and we had to arrange the service to be in Sussex about 6 wks later. None of this was a problem.
Everything was perfect.

Having never used this service before I was not sure what to expect. However, from the very first phone call, to meeting with Sarah, the chapel of rest, meeting the celebrant and the actual service, and all the other staff, it felt like they were part of our family. They have the upmost compassion and empathy, nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained. We as a family can not thank them enough for looking after dad. I am so impressed that I will be booking my own funeral with them. 5* service.
