Very impressed with the services received, couldn't do enough for us. Everything that we wanted for the day was available, and all our wishes were accommodated with compassion. Once we had given all our wishes for the day, we new it was then in their safe hands to carry it all out for us.

Only disappointing part of service is
Unable to visit loved one over a weekend
And only on working hours. The premises are too small.
Very slow to collect from London hospital and took too long for casket to arrive which delayed even further paying respects to loved one . This is mot staffs fault they were excellent but the above aspect very poor

I have been impressed from start to finish. The care, comfort, assistance and guidance to make my mum's day special one, was beyond excellent. The hearse resembled a mobile florist, so beautifully displayed, I was genuinely moved. Ryan and our driver on the day plus the others were again, so helpful and respectful to our needs on the day. The cemetary looked very clean and tidy. we followed the hearse in and everything was done as we requested. The celebrant Graham West provided an excellent service. I had several people telling me afterwards how well it had gone and how much they had learnt about Peter they didn't already know.

The whole team at Deal coop funeral care are absolutely great. 
Ryan was the director on the day of the funeral and led a really lovely start and end to the service. 
We met Mark in the offices when we went to view Dad- we were really impressed by small touches- Dad was in the clothes we had brought in, his hands were in a natural relaxed position over his stomach rather than stiffly by his sides. He had clearly been treated with care and respect for which Mum, my sister and I are very grateful. 
The ‘stand out’ member of the team for us was Lynn. We spoke to her first and her empathic nature, gentle intuitive kindness and genuine warmth are things that cannot be taught- she was absolutely the right person at the right time for us as a family which is priceless when entrusting your loved one’s care after their death. We cannot put into words how much it meant to us- my mother has been in to see Lynn since my fathers funeral- our huge gratitude to Lynn and the team, we gave my father the farewell he chose thanks to them.

This funeral service was handled with such compassion and efficiency, I can’t thank you enough. We live a long distance from the family member so lacked  local Knowledge and needed thing s organised remotely, they did a great job and went above and beyond in trying to ensure our needs were met while carrying out all the service arrangements. It made a hard time more bearable and manageable.
