had a cremation on 31st may 2022. Dartford funeral care was fantastic and coundnt do enough for you. I would recommend anyone who is looking sadly at cremating someone to go through these people. They are caring and suppotive.

A professional, fabulous, caring service! I dealt with Lauren and she was so kind, helpful all the way through.  On the day  Jenny and the other staff were again so professional and helpful.  My father had a funeral plan and it really made everything so much easier.  Everything went to plan and any little things I was worrying about I phoned up and they were sorted out or confirmed by Lauren to put my mind at rest.  I can’t thank the staff enough for giving our dad the best send off! Thank you.

My family have always used the services of Dartford Funeral Care over the years. They have never let us down! This occasion was same. My family and I were treated with the utmost care and consideration at all times and the whole event ran perfectly and smoothly, which is exactly what you want on this type of occasion. My requests and wishes were catered for without any fuss.

As my mum had pre paid her funeral with the coop many years ago this left us no choice to use any another funeral directors.

I had a few concerns . 
When the order of service was sent through . It had with another person wedding photo on the back not my parents photo. Terrible !!!

This should of never of been sent out . Are things not checked ?
This was unforgivable.

We asked for an apostrophe to be put on the second line on my mums name .
It took several times of asking via emails . Eventually got done .

The staff in the branch were polite & helpful when we saw them .
On the day the staff were very nice courteous & restful. They were smartly dressed as I would expect.
An overhaul experience was ok .
