The Gentlemen involved on the day and Gemma were lovely but some ladies in the office need to pay more attention when taking in clothes and flowers for the deceased. Flowers hand delivered in the morning went to the wrong funeral as attention was not paid when they were personally delivered and who they were to go with (Grandaughter that delivered them said the lady was not paying attention and was stressed all morning that they would not be there, I said it would be fine, how wrong was I) This has really upset some of the Grandchildren as they went with the wrong funeral to Eltham they were retrieved,  but were upset they never went with their Grandad  in the hearse. 
Gemma also had to ring after I delivered the clothes to check as they lady that took them the day before was not paying attention either when I spoke to her. 
At such a difficult time for families attention to detail really matters as some mistakes can affect people for the rest of their lives and how they grieve.

Extremely pleased with the service we received for my Wife's Easy Cremation, it was just that....Easy. Staff kept us informed all the way and we also used the Probate service that is also 1st class. I have told my two Son's that when l pass on l want this service for my funeral.
Highly recommended and less expensive than three other's l had quotes from.

Very happy with the service, everyone professional and friendly my only disappointment is that we had to wait nearly seven weeks which was quite traumatic for our family but I also understand that getting dates to include the church and creamatorium can be difficult

I have given a good review marking for the staff at Dartford and especially those conducting the funeral on the day. This would have been an excellent rating for the Coop had it not been for the initial poor start when first instructing the Coop to undertake the funeral.
