We were treated in a friendly and respectful manner.  We were given appropriate information and help and our questions were all answered.  It was therefore easy in choosing our options for my late brother.  We would definitely use this service again.

From the moment we stepped through the door of the Coop the service was professional, courteous and appropriate. We were well guided with the planning and on the day of the funeral the whole event was very well ran. We would definitely recommend the coop as the staff there make a very sad and distressing event a little easier.

I have nothing but praise for the compassion, care  and attention to detail shown by the Co-op in our darkest hours. The advice and guidance was to the point, and at no time were we made to feel we were dealing with a large impersonal organisation. Every care was taken to make sure we understood what was happening, and that our wishes, and those of the departed, were being observed.

The team at Dartford where very good we did have some issues i.e. he didn't have his slippers with him n' we weren't notified of this n' we had mentioned that they should be with him but we weren't notified n' he wasn't shaved but  they did get this done for dad otherwise they where very helpful we only got the funeral plan after dad had passed so he didn't get to pick music he liked or anything else he wanted!!

Only one thing. Someone was supposed to call me back to tell me why it was left too late to have my mother embalmed. Which she had paid for.

Although a very difficult time, they made time for us, always cared, couldn’t fault anything, very professional. 
I would like to thank Izzy in particular she was so calm and caring, also Charlene who looked after my mum so well from beginning to end and really went that extra mile.

We have always used the coop in Dartford and have always been extremely pleased with what they have done for us. This time they arranged the funeral for my brother not something I thought I would ever have to do. From start to finish they have been amazing and have been proactive in making arrangements with the hospital and even booked the appointment with the registrar so we could get a date fixed while we were in the office They decided after talking to us at length what celebrant we should be matched with and again another great decision. The dignity and respect they showed on the day of the funeral is something we will never forget and will always be eternal grateful for the services they provided at the worst time of our lives .
