The staff at Albins were kind, considerate, helpful and efficient. From the very first visit we made to them we were guided through what needed to be done. Jo at the Crayford branch helped us arrange the sort of funeral we wanted and on the day itself the staff were so good and made the funeral a respectful occasion. We would thoroughly recommend them.

Our involvement with Albin’s was excellent from the moment I contacted them. They were helpful in all areas from collection of our mum after her passing through to the arrangements of the funeral, the seeing of our mum in the chapel of rest to the day of the funeral itself. Joanne and Denise’s help in sorting things out over the phone and in person, Steven’s help and the excellent way he conducted the funeral from leaving our home, he even allowed the hearse to pass my mums residence where the neighbours were waiting to pay their respects, to arriving at the crematorium his consideration of all the family with his kind words and instruction. We could not of asked for a better send off for wonderful Mum Thankyou so much Albin’s and all those involved.

I can't thank Jon, Joanne Branch and all the Albin Team for the way they looked after my husband Ron.  Their kindness, professionalism and dignified support were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and they were a constant support in arranging my husbands funeral including the repatriation team. FA Albins were amazing right from the very first phone call when my husband passed away. They were so accommodating and we were so impressed with the respectful and professional presentation when they collected my husband from the house. Then we met Jo the face of Crayford and she was so friendly and caring, she had nothing but passion for her job and she shows you that she cares about your love one and she looks after them gently and respectfully. All of our wishes and requests were discussed and met very professionally. Jo and Steve went above and beyond the entired time my husband was in the chapel of rest, it began to feel like we were all one big family. They really are the most lovely people and I couldn't have asked for better people caring for my loved one. I was helped to get things done and kept informed. Albins on the day of the funeral literally fulfilled all my expectations. They were so smartly dressed and organised. They took a lot of care to ensure everything went smoothly and we felt like we were in very good hands especially with Steve conducting the service. The overall funeral was probably a bit more expensive conpared to other companies but I feel the caring service and elegance you recieve was worth every penny. They really do take care of you and they really do care and have sympathetic hearts. Would recommend FA Albins Crayford to anyone.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Jo, Steve, George, Father Michael and all the team at F A Albins.  thank you for looking after us and helping us give daddy the send of he deserved. 

Jo and Steve are a credit to your team, and nothing was to much for them. Even the undertakers that took dad away showed so much respect and it made us feel comfortable that our darling dad was being looked after. 

George and his team were amazing so professional, kind, considerate and could not do enough for us. Not only did they keep us safe and helped send dad on his way they made us smile and laugh which I think helps in these situations. The respect that they had was second to know even leaving a rose at the door when we left and placing one by the river which was dads happy place. 


Thank you again to all at Albin and Son for everything your team are a credit to you all. Xx
