We have use Albin & Sons for all are passed Family members and friends.
I would like to thank Joanne Branch and Jonathan Fletcher and all the staff for the way they looked after all the funeral arrangements and for the respect and heartfelt sympathy they showed to Claire McPhillips, myself and my mum.
Funerals are hard to deal with as it is but with circumstances that made things so complicated. I cant thank Albin enough for everything they have done because the complications that we have had to deal with I know for a fact no other funeral Directors would do.

Albins certainly do go that extra mile and their standard of care is impeccable as always.

We had the sad loss of both our parents recently. Jo was so kind, patient and sensitive, giving us time to talk and not feel rushed. She was always available to discuss any queries we had.

It was a double funeral and Steve and the bearers were superb. The church is very old and narrow in places and they managed to place our parents side by side with such grace, dignity and care that many of the congregation commented on it.

Albins staff have shown respect and care to both our parents and us as a family. They are very professional and we are grateful for their guidance and service.

Knowing of their impeccable reputation, I knew I would be well supported and that my beloved Uncle would be in the best of hands. From the very first moment, I was treated with such tenderness and this continued throughout. The levels of respect, compassion and professionalism was second to none. F.A. Albin went above and beyond for us and I can't thank them enough. The levels of respect demonstrated and the way we were looked after puts them in a league of their own. From the moment I telephoned FA Albins, I knew we were in good hands and my Mum would be looked after with care. When we met Joanne she reassured my Dad, Sister and myself straightaway and said they would take good care of my Mum. This immediately put us at ease at a time when we were experiencing so much sadness. Joanne guided us through the maze of what needed to be done. From the first phone call, to the day of my lovely Mum’s funeral, only kindness and compassion was shown. On the day, Steve and the other Albins boys were so professional and guided us through the service. No other funeral directors has a patch on Albins. We felt completely looked after and in very competent hands. Our family and friends all commented on how wonderful the service went. My Dad, Sister and myself cannot thank Joanne, Father Michael, Steve and the rest of Albins enough for the brilliant service they provided to us and to my Mum. In the words of how we finished my Mum’s funeral service, it was Simply the Best! Thank you!

emotional experience, from start to finish, all  the more bearable and allowed us the chance as a family

The past few months have been awful has my sister and I watched our mum fight against cancer. When our mum passed away we were both lost finding ourselves having to deal with funeral directors, informing people mum had passed and at the same time coming to terms with what had just happened. My sister and I both chose F.A.Albin has we wanted our mum to leave from my sister's house on the day of the funeral and F.A.Albin had a premises in Crayford. On the day our mum passed they collected mum from the residential home and took her away. When I called Crayford, Dawn answered the phone I said 'good morning you are looking after my mum' and her response was hello Sarah how are you. My sister and I knew from that moment that mum was safe. That someone was caring for her. She asked me how I was and really cared about my response. We arranged to visit a few days later to discuss the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble. We was made to feel so welcome and at home. Dawn was really interested to hear about our mum and gave us ideas for the funeral and by the end of the meeting we had arranged the funeral with a date and time. We later arranged to come and visit mum at the Chapel of Rest in the Crayford store where Jo took over looking after us. She prepared us for what to expect and made us feel so relaxed. One thing that stuck in my mind was that she said that of a night once they had tucked her in they would leave the lamp on so that she was not in the dark. We both thought that was such a lovely thought. The day of the funeral well I cannot fault it. Our mum had the best send off. It was beautiful. It was well organised, staff were outstanding especially Steve, Dawn and Jo. Our mum would have loved it. Thank you.

So helpful Joann in the office so helpful from booking funeral to seeing us family and organising the funeral. On the day Steve and drivers were composed, professional, and fantastic informing us what was happening no rushing around everything was taken in their own stride.
