Jo, Steve and the boys did an absolute sterling job whilst dealing with our mums funeral. From taking care of her with the upmost respect, to caring for my sister and myself including other family members that went to visit. They are so professional whilst at the same time having a caring soft  approach to every decision we made. We cannot thank them enough. They truly are the best. My sister and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I definitely made the right decision when I chose Albin’s in Crayford for my Mum’s funeral. They went above and beyond with every aspect. We cannot recommend Albins enough. The service was outstanding. Jo and Steve are warm, friendly and kind. They took care of our precious child in the most caring and respectful way. Planning a funeral is not something anyone wants to do but it was handled with sensitivity and consideration. The premises is spotless and feels very homely. The 'bedrooms' are such a special way to refer to the place loved ones are resting in and are presented in a way that is comfortable to spend time in. This isnt an experience we ever expected to go through, but the gratitude, admiration and absolute respect we have for Jo and Steve is immense. Thank you, we will forever be grateful for how you took care of the most precious part of us.

They showed our loved one and our family care and understanding at a time when it was most needed. That’s why we have continued to use Albin & Sons as my family have for many years.
Their attention to detail and guiding us respectfully when needed was invaluable, and nothing was too much trouble.
The photo reflection was beautiful and the web link we had to relations in Australia was superb. They all felt that they were there on the day.

Everything went smoothly. Jo and Steve were very helpful and caring throughout and made the whole process as painless as possible during what is obviously a difficult time. They took very good care of my mother. Their recommendation of Michelle Harvey as the celebrant to take the service was also spot on as she put together a wonderful eulogy and it felt as though she had personally known my mother for many years.

From the moment we set foot in Albin’s at Crayford, and met Jo Branch, we felt our mum would be well looked after and we weren’t disappointed. They were caring, considerate and respectful and we could not have wished for better care for her. On the day of the funeral there was minimal stress as Albin’s took care of everything. Their staff are amazing, their attention to detail fantastic and the driving superb. The celebrant, Michelle Harvey, spoke of our mum as an old friend would and conveyed an understanding of our mum without ever having met her. Thank you Albin’s for a fantastic send off.

Jo and her Team were wonderful from start to finish in the planning and preparations for Mum's funeral. Kind, compassionate and with a meticulous eye for detail, Jo made the most impossible of jobs - as easy as it could have been and for that, we will be forever grateful.

Jo listened to our preferences and matched us with a wonderful celebrant who made sure that our Mum was given the most wonderful of send-offs

On the day, Simon's stewardship along with this colleagues made it a beautiful and fitting celebration of our Mum's life. I cannot express enough our gratitude to Albins for how they looked after Dad and the family for Dad's funeral. We knew we were on good hands because they managed mum's funeral back in 2017. They did an amazing job for Mum and we were not disappointed when saying goodbye to Dad.

A particular mention for Jo Branch in Crayford - her compassion, care, warmth and professionalism are second to none. We knew Dad would be well cared for in the days before the funeral and Jo made sure everything ran smoothly.

A second mention goes to Alfie and his team on the day of the funeral. They showed my Dad nothing but respect and care. And the laying of a rose in front of the family home was unexpected and incredibly moving. Alfie made sure throughout to look after us and manage everything.

We didn't have to worry about a thing. Leaving us to grieve and celebrate Dad's 94 years.
