We were very well looked after by the Chatham branch by Ben and Amanda. From start to finish they made an already difficult situation that little easier. Everything was done with such dignity from being there in person and communication via email and phone. It’s the little things that count and the small details was what we found makes John Weir stand out. Absolutely faultless throughout. On the day of the funeral we were treated with the upmost respect and cannot fault one detail, so thank you to Ben and the rest of the team for easing the stress and worry to make sure Brian had the best send off we could have asked for.

We can’t praise John Weir highly enough. Thoughtful, discreet, helpful and considerate.  Accommodating all our wishes and steering us through the necessarily grim process of dealing with our public goodbye to our darling Mum.  We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services, which we would class as outstanding .

Ben at John Weir is amazing. He treats you like one of the family and cannot do enough for you. We've had Ben arrange funerals for both my Dad and Mum who sadly passed away within 7 months of each other. Many thanks to Amanda and Ben for their kindness and attention to detail in making all the arrangements for our brother's funeral and likewise to the extremely professional team looking after us at the services for the evening Reception of the Body and then the Requiem Mass and the Burial the next day. Everything was done with great respect and honour for our brother and with great kindness towards the family.

Was lovely and professional,  we would of said excellent but the middle name was wrong which had to be changed on the order of service and the funeral guide ( which is still wrong in the write up part ) then through the service on the day of funeral the wrong name was put on the screen again .

Amanda and her team were amazing! From the moment we contacted her nothing was too much trouble at any time. She took care of everything, gave us the best advice and in the most sympathetic way.
