From our initial engagement with Amanda and Ben at John Weir we couldn't have wished for more caring and considerate people to help us through this difficult time, the guidance and support they offered was very much appreciated. Ben, Amanda and the rest of the team made so much difference at this especially difficult time. Their kind, gentle and understanding approach and the fact that nothing was too much trouble for them helped me and my family cope with what would otherwise have been a totally overwhelming process . With their support and understanding we were able to meet all our needs and create the perfect final goodbye to my Mum - one that she herself would have been pleased with. We felt cared for, supported and understood and felt at peace with their respect for all of us - and particularly their respect for the care and dignity of my Mum. I can't thank them enough.

Ben from the Chatham branch could not have been more helpful and dealt with our arrangements for my Father very respectfully. He was not intrusive at all and really helped us with all the options and contact us the day before to go over all the arrangments. Thank all the staff for such a professional, friendly and sensitive service from the time we first visited to the day of the funeral. Especially Ben who was the main contact for us.
