Everything was well organised with the minimum of fuss, leaving the friends and family to hold a lovely celebration of Mum’s life. The willow casket was beautifully decorated with flowers and the Order of Service was well presented and a keepsake. Thank you Carol and staff.

Particular thanks to Carol (Canterbury) and Kelly who were especially helpful. Also a special mention to the team who who helped the night my wife died. They were extremely kind and helpful too.

Warm, friendly, attentive, above all she helped to take away much of the stress involved in organizing the funeral of my dearest wife. Having gone through the process before I was acutely aware of the weight of stress and depression that can be associated with organizing a funeral, so when someone releases you from much of the negative feelings it allows you to concentrate on what really maters and makes the whole funeral the send off that my darling wife deserved.
