From our first contact with Carol until her check up after the funeral itself nothing was too much trouble - the fact that she was organising it all for us in another location made her help even more invaluable. Carol was professional but also caring which is what you need at times like these - we would not hesitate to recommend the Co-op thanks to Carol's help.

ok but did not no what direct cremation meant when your downfuneral parlour u dont read small print bad enought being there shoul let peopl say goodbye never said 2 wife would of payed more if new just wish l had known staff good

Our family cannot thank Carol enough for all her support during the organisation of mum's funeral of this difficult time. Her caring manner and professionalism in making our mum's funeral the day that mum wanted was outstanding. Nothing was too much for her and along with Kelly we were able to give mum the send off she deserved. All of the Canterbury Co-op team were amazing, from the moment we contacted them, but without Carol and Kelly's support we would not have been able to honour mum's memory. Thank you does not seem enough to reflect all they did for us.

Geoff's family were so grateful to all the staff at the Co-op Funeralcare in Canterbury.  They kept us informed throughout the time Geoff was in their care and showed us kindness and consideration at all times. Carol Davies was particularly kind and helpful.

Although I have had unpleasant dealings with a ( completely different branch of ) Co-op Funeral Services in the past, I have to say that on this occasion I could not find fault with them at all. Carol, who dealt with the admin side of things, and Kelly, who conducted the funeral on the day, were both extremely pleasant and helpful. Based on this experience, I would recommend them highly.

Dealt with Carol and her team at Canterbury Co-op Funeralcare who were excellent from start to finish. Carole answered all our questions and queries professionally, with compassion and made calls to see how we were coping with our loss.  The undertakers on the day were professional and extremely compassionate and professional . We as a family could not have asked for any more at such a difficult time for us all.

The arrangements for the funeral were made very efficiently. It was not very easy because it was being arranged from a distance, but the problems that occurred were surmounted. On the day everything went as planned and was made very easy for us. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. A difficult time was made easier for me.

My Mum’s funeral was conducted wonderfully by the very professional funeral directors from the Coop, Canterbury. They reassured me when required and gave me confidence that everything was being taken care of. 
My initial call left me wondering whether they were too busy to take on my business, but they put themselves out to see me very quickly and get things started. The coffin I’d chosen was not able to be delivered in time, which was a disappointment. However the alternative choice did look very suitable. 
On the day of the funeral  it was very touching to leave from Mum’s home and the director led us on foot, respectfully, as we left her home address. The guys (sorry can’t remember the names)  were discreet but had everything under control.

As a family, we all felt completely supported and guided through the process of arranging our Dad's funeral. The care we received from Carol and Kelly was beyond what we had expected and all of the staff on the day.
Communication between us all was quick and clear and nothing was too much trouble.
