Dear all

I lost my amazing and beautiful son aged only 20 years old.

I have no words to explain the loss the sadness, on top of it all the horrendous circumstances my son passed.

From the beginning I was greete by Carol with the most warmth, sympathy and care.

I also would like to thank Paul for his special kindness, approach to the way all the ceremony went.

Dear Carol and Paul a very special thank you to you and all the team. I wish i new they're names because i felt all of them conducted the service from beginning to end with such dignity and extreme professionalism.

I'm forever grateful for the way tou took care of my angel on the his
last days on this earth.

Carol was so professional, kind and patient with our family, having lost 2 parents together so quickly. Cannot thank her enough for her help and guidance through a very difficult time and nothing was too much trouble for her.The lady who lead the funeral cortege ( sorry I can't remember her name as I was very unwell that day) was so lovely too and couldn't have been more kinder or helpful. I can’t thank Coop funeral services at Canterbury enough for the kind and compassionate way they dealt with my uncle’s funeral arrangements. As I wasn’t local to them most of the arrangements were done by telephone. Carol was amazing. She was always available to answer any queries I had or offer her expert advice. She also kept me updated throughout. 
This was a great comfort when trying to organise a funeral from long distance for an unexpected bereavement. 
Drayson and his team showed the utmost respect taking my uncle on his final journey to the crematorium and making sure everything was how I wanted it to be. Nothing was too much trouble for them all. 
One of the nicest things they do is ask for a little information about your loved one. 
Before they leave the Chapel of Rest  for the funeral , the team meet and speak about your loved one and say a prayer for them. 
A very personal touch that means so much.

I have to say that Carol from the Canterbury Funeral Directors is absolutely amazing.
I knew absolutely nothing about what to do, where to go, what to have, what to include etc etc, and she just took control and gave all the information and detail that was needed.
She even went over and above what was required of her, and opened up on a Saturday morning in order that my Mum and Sister could sort out the order of service.

She is what I would call a really 'good egg' !!

We were so pleased to have chosen the Co-op to arrange Mum's funeral. The support, and care that we received was first class. Carol took us through the whole end to end process and gave guidance and help throughout.
I would definitely recommend the Canterbury Co-op funeral service.
On the funeral day the team were extremely gracious and very supportive, a first class service.

The service we received from Co-op Funeral Care was excellent.  They have been caring and sensitive throughout and were extremely understanding of our needs at an exceptionally difficult time.  Everyone we dealt with was professional and efficient.  The arrangements could not have been better.  The organisational skills were superb and everything went smoothly and as planned.  The funeral itself was both respectful and beautiful, we couldn't have asked for more.
