My wife died on a quiet Sunday morning, but within a couple of hours of being telephoned they were on site, preparing to remove her body and taking her to a place of rest. After that, on Monday, the full process was started, with the Co-0p being efficient and sympathetic. I recommend Co-op Funeralcare for your deceased.

Arranging my mother`s funeral was not a task I would have wished for but Carol at Co-op Funeralcare was empathetic and understanding in her meetings and discussions with me that helped enormously. It was a very relaxed and useful process although I am sure the arrangements required for the day were pretty extensive.
The team were meticulous to ensure nothing went wrong including a pre-survey of locations earlier in the day of the funeral to ensure there would be no hitches.
Very professional and absolutely no hesitation to recommend Co-op Funeralcare.

Carol at Co-op Funeral Care combined compassion and respectful professionalism at a traumatic time. She maintained a warmth all the while helping us focus on the logistical matters that may otherwise have seemed cold in that emotionally charged period. Her skilled assistance along with a seamless funeral service alleviated a lot of pressure for us. Additionally, although it seems tasteless to talk about money in the face of such tragedy, the cost for our entire funeral arrangements was very reasonable. My family is grateful to Carol for her caring, attentive support.

Carol and her team carried out my Mother's funeral in a thoroughly efficient and compassionate manner.
The funeral ran very smoothly - there were no hiccups at all. And subsequently we were blessed with a lovely memorial service.
Short notice and distance were no impediments.Though I was organizing the funeral remotely from Singapore, I was kept fully informed about the scheduling and deadlines by email and phone calls. The Co-Op FuneralCare website is very comprehensive, enabling the convenient selection of every facet of the service.
Carol has a very friendly nature which made the communication easy and comfortable.

Carol was great, even though we had a direct cremation we still recieved the same care and compassion as anyone else using the coop funeral service. The professionalism and care from the beginning totally put our minds at rest knowing my mum was respected and would be cared for. The Co-op funeral service, sturry road Canterbury, was excellent and the staff were very polite and helpful. We mostly deal with a lady named Carol, who was lovely which made us feel at ease. Every thing was so very well organized, which took a lot of the work load from us. Overall we were very impressed with the arrangements, and the funeral itself went very well and the men arrived at the time arranged and were very respectful and professional.
